“If I could give them 0 stars I would. I could never recommend this place for 2 reasons. 1. I began coming to Centerstone to be treated for severe social anxiety. I told my doctor multiple times I cannot take any medication that is sedating for the fact I have a 7 year old and at the time a 4 month old. We tried a few things that didn’t work and then she put me on a new one. She assured me it might make me drowsy but nothing crazy. I asked if I should start with a half dose just to be safe, she turned that down and said to take the full dose. I took the medication at 5pm on a Friday and by 5:45pm I was completely out. Thankfully my husband was home and was able to care for the kids. Unfortunately he had to work Saturday and figured I would be fine. He fed our baby before he left for work. At 11 am I was woken up by our 7 year old thinking I was dead because the baby was screaming and I wouldn’t move. That was almost 18 hours I was completely out! It took me 3 days to fully recover from this medication when she told me I would just be drowsy. Reason 2. Like I said I was being treated for severe social anxiety social anxiety. In order for them to treat me they said I had to do therapy. I had to reschedule a therapy appointment because the few days prior I was having extreme panic attacks and I didn’t think it was a good decision to go. They then proceeded to cancel my next med appointment and sent me a letter stating I had to complete 2 hour peer classes for them to be able to continue to treatment. I was there to be treated not punished for my mental health.”

“I Absolutely Love Centerstone. Everyone that I've had contact with in the office, IS ALWAYS SO PROFESSIONAL!!! It really makes it enjoyable to visit with y'all, I don't even know how long I've been going there, but I sure wouldn't know what to do without y'all ☺️🥰”

“Centerstone as a whole is a joke. It's just another government scam to waste your time and money. I have been through Centerstone since the 90s and like all the other doctors, they don't want to fix you, they want you to have to come back. That's how they get paid. Med providers push new meds and no matter how many times you tell them what works, they won't prescribe it to ya. They have actually lied a few different times saying "Centerstone doesn't prescribe that" but i have family that goes here and gets the same meds. Therapist just talk to you like a friend, no direction, no help thoughts, just "I've been there". Now Centerstone gets a new building to make them seem more professional. This place is a joke. Put these clowns out of business! It's funny that yall push the ones with nothing to lose..”

“Daughter had 9:40am appt. Got there 9:45am and was told by front desk that she was 5 minutes late and needed to reschedule as the 10am appointment was now with counselor. WHAT?! WHY?! Had no idea she was only booked for a 20 minute appointment that would have cost $50. Why did they take 10am so early and why didn't they offer her the 10am persons spot? I would expect a therapy appointment to last 45-60 minutes, especially it being the second time with therapist, who prescribed meds 30 days prior. She was in/out of there so fast, she was home by 10am. Now, finding it impossible to find email to contact someone at that location (near Maury hospital). The "older" woman at the front desk was extremely rude with attitude when telling my 17 year old she couldn't get in. Seems that there is a MAJOR issue with the front desk people........ Although, the one that sits at the far right has always been friendly. I think some new front desk people are needed or you have training to do.”
