“Difficult to get an appointment. Not very flexible or accommodating with their scheduling. I really need help but because a train made me late for my appointment they were unwilling to see me. I walked in at 1:16 when I was told I could be seen at 1:15. Called their office as their reply asked, nothing was done and it seemed that they were more concerned about being able to remove the review. Disappointing.”
