“The scheduling of my appointment , walking into the office for the first time, and meeting my provider was a pleasant experience. The scheduler was patient and kind when I called in to make my first appointment. The two young women sitting in the office area were very warm and welcoming, calming me down immensely. The meeting with my provider was such a joy! Madison could not have been any kinder. Her gentle disposition was a treat to interact with and create a plan to help me move towards a more productive life. She explained things completely so there were no communication misunderstandings.”

“I am appalled and disgusted by the way I was abruptly administratively dismissed from a therapist’s care by this institution. While the therapist providing care was excellent, I have nothing good to say about the front desk or administrative staff. They are rude, condescending, and without compassion or any understanding and get high off using their “policy” to deny care to clients. They have a radical policy that permits them to administratively discharge clients who cancel two or more times without providing 24 hours notice and this policy was used to end my care without permitting me to speak to my therapist for a therapy termination discussion, receive any referrals, or even appeal their decision. Never mind that 2 sessions were missed due to their scheduling error; I was erroneously scheduled for in-person session when I had been seen only by Telehealth previously and explained at the start of treatment that my schedule only permitted me to do Telehealth. I missed 2 other sessions even though I called after the fact to explain the absence due to emergencies; one was due to having no power during a carastrophic ice storm and the other happened when I returned to my car after work and noted it had been broken into, damaged, and multiple items stolen. I was shown no mercy. This is inexcusable and unethical. I am a nurse and also hold a doctoral degree so I am not an idiot. I am aware of the ethics of the profession and the administrative staff did not provide me with ethical care. I will be submitting formal complaints to the appropriate boards governing licensure for this clinic. I will again iterate that the therapist was excellent and that he is not to blame. But if you seek care here, be sure not to have any kind of life emergency and make sure your appointments are properly scheduled or this could happen to you.”
