“I’m certain this place has some competent providers who work well for others, but for me, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. To begin with, the waiting room is cramped and overcrowded, which is particularly distressing for someone with social anxiety and paranoia. Being confined in a small space with numerous people, with limited room to move around, is simply unbearable. That’s my primary complaint about this place. Now, let’s address the real reason why I find this place to be an absolute nightmare. Leah Roylance, the therapist I had, has to be the most unprofessional and rude therapist I’ve ever encountered in all my years of seeking medical and psychological help from various doctors and healthcare professionals. During our initial meeting, she began criticizing my upbringing. Towards the end of our hour-long appointment, she abruptly informed me that it was perfectly acceptable for me to discontinue therapy with her and seek another therapist. This was our first meeting may I remind you. I was utterly stunned. I’ve never had a therapist simply look at me and essentially state, “I don’t want you as a patient.” I’m not entirely sure whether she harbors a preference for new patients, non-male patients, or simply finds me annoying, but I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I demonstrate the same respect towards her.”

“First time in counseling and she made it a very welcoming, comfortable and safe environment and experience. Fortunately, the chemistry was there, which made it comfortable for me to talk. As I did, it made me realize that my primary care doctor was correct; I did need to get some help to process all in my life that made this necessary!”

“I was referred to this facility by my PCP. I deal with OCD and was hoping to finally get relief from the stress through medication management. I was told to try a SSRN. I told the doctor I’ve had serious side effects in the past from those medications. I refused to take this medicine due to this. It’s for people who have schizophrenia or psychosis. I have neither. Once I refused. She did not offer to write me another medication. Only offered therapy. Therapy does not work on OCD. This is completely unprofessional. I deserve my money back for the visit.”
