“This review is long overdue, but I cannot rave enough about just how amazing Jacob Lucy was as a therapist and has helped me unpack in so many ways. I catch myself saying almost daily “I miss my therapist” because of how well he helped slow my thinking down and really listen to my intuition. I was treated as a human and was never made to feel silly or crazy ever. Great team and highly recommend Jacob!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place but I’ll use one example. Today I was crashing mentally and psychologically as I tried to find a way to get my prescriptions refilled. I tried everything, called everywhere… then I spoke with Caroline and the amazing people at mind body optimization. I’m not going to lie I was balling my eyes out and instead of treating me like a number she stayed on the phone with me and talked me through it. I haven’t experienced a dose of humanity like what she showed me in so long. This place TRULY CARES. They will work with you wherever you’re at and do whatever they can, within reason, to make your health their top priority. I will NEVER use any other clinic. To the people at MBO… thank you. You don’t know the extent of what you did for me today but trust me when I say I will never forget it.”

“I arrived in the lobby for my first appointment about five minutes ahead of schedule. There was no one there to greet me. Waited about 10 minutes and someone came out to ask if I had an appointment. She went in the back to check on the provider and I didn’t hear back from her again. Left after waiting for 20 minutes. Not sure if this is an actual business or not”

“Jacqueline does not demonstrate appropriate bedside manner. I recently relocated to Tennessee and was attempting to establish continuity of care for treatments I had been receiving in my home state. Instead, I was informed that I would need to be taken off all of my medications without adequate consideration of my history or circumstances. I then sought temporary care with another physician who was willing to assist me through the holidays with medications Jacqueline refused to prescribe. I was subsequently accused of doctor shopping, which I find unprofessional and inappropriate. Due to this experience, I will not be continuing care with Jacqueline”
