“I wish I could write a positive review, but unfortunately my recent experience prevents me from doing so. I was told there were billing issues and that a letter had been mailed to me. I never received any notice, and I was also unable to log into my patient account. When I called the office to resolve the situation, I was informed that I was no longer considered a patient due to the billing issue. The problem is that this happened at the end of the month when my prescriptions were due to run out. I take several medications, including psychiatric medications that should not be stopped abruptly. I asked if my doctor could provide a short-term refill to allow me time to find a new physician, but the office refused. Cutting off a patient who has been under care for over a year without proper notice and without providing a short transition period for necessary medications raises serious concerns about patient abandonment and continuity of care. Abruptly stopping psychiatric medications can have significant health consequences. Given that this is a mental health practice, I expected a higher level of care and responsibility for patient wellbeing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this practice to others.”

“Please please do not go here!!! This place is the scam of all scams. Number one however long they tell you the appointment will last it never lasts that long and you are still paying for much longer than your actual appointment time. I needed a bridge prescription for some medication because I was going out of town and I was almost out. This was not a scenario where I was needing a refilled before it was supposed to get refilled or anything like that. It was actually way after because I had gone down on my dosage. I called three separate times to request a bridge prescription from Dr Bindra. I was told I needed an appointment on the books for after I got back from vacation to get a bridge prescription. So I booked an appointment. But three separate times calling and still no bridge prescription and no response from my doctor or anyone at the office. So when I get back from vacation I canceled my appointment because it just wasn't on my mind to do it while I was there. After canceling they charged me $125.”
