“It is extremely difficult to get a call back from the billing department. I have called several times and it always go straight to voicemail. Whenever you do leave a voicemail you never get a call back. After several weeks and many phone calls, I finally received a call back and set up a payment plan. I thought it was resolved since the first few payments processed just fine, but now I keep receiving an email that there is a 'processing error' every time the payment is supposed to draft. I have tried reaching out several times to resolve this issue, but again it's no response. It's like they don't want to get paid.”

“This is absolutely the most abysmally run excuse for a professional clinic I’ve ever seen in my life. They need an HR professional with a strong backbone to go in there and clean that place up. We’ve tried for four days to get these people to return our call …a total lack of care and competence. The office manager doesn’t have voicemail. It’s been an ongoing experience that the the nurse practitioner, and her assistant both have horrible attitude.. the most help we’ve gotten from anyone is from the answering service. If they’re going to represent medical care and gatekeep for the state of Tennessee for pain management, they need to act like the licensed professionals that they are otherwise close the door.”

“I had the unfortunate experience of seeing the provider Dana Simpson in clinic. Her behavior was gaslighting, hostile, aggressive, dismissive, and lacked any compassion. Her preconceived prejudices are a violation of the patient’s right to fair treatment, and thus exemplifies her less than appropriate care. She will not listen to her patient’s questions or concerns and when asked questions she immediately escalates to hostility towards patients and family members as well. I have never been treated with such lack of professionalism, it was embarrassing to witness her behavior. This is not the only negative review online regarding Dana Simpson as a provider. I escalated my issues personally to the manager of the facility and made him aware of the other reviews online that call out her behavior as it is now an ongoing trend. I hope he and the other members of management take them very seriously and do not let her continue to mistreat their patients and smear the reputation of their facility.”
