“After reading the reviews , yep it concurs with my experience. TMS and Maddie who worked with me was awesome. Only reason I would give 5 stars was for Maddie. Besides that the director who handles insurance , Diane Gallagher, she full of crap. They tell you your insurance is covered, don’t submit insurance for like 2 months later so you have no idea if it’s covered. My case it is, PTSD why I went there, website says they treat for PTSD, bit when they submit insurance they don’t code it right. I have been in therapy for 10 years for PTSD, they agreed on my initial consulation I have PTSD and depression and anxiety yet they can’t submit codes right cause they want you to pay and not insurance. I even got preapproval with my insurance with codes they would submit. And they ended up submitting different codes and now my insurance is arguing with them. I say stay away. They say they accept insurance but the no how to play the game. Then I sent emails , texts and dropped in office Dec 23 to turn it over to my other insurance policy, which is covered whether PTSD or depression. It’s been 6 weeks now and I don’t see any claims on my other insurance. Diana finally responded back after 6 weeks ago emailing her, and yes I have receipts of all. Yeah they say they take insurance but they try to screw you over. And sad is, I’m a vet law enforcement, which they advertise they like to help. Also they suppose to work with your medication, ever since I started griping about my insurance, I haven’t had a follow up or trying to help me maintain the program as they said. I trusted them to maintain my meds and I haven’t talked to anybody since they released me from TMS Dec 6. I was also going through with the med management and nope no one calling to follow up. They are a SHAM. What kind of mental health facility does that?”

“This office has the worst communication practices of any business I've ever called. I followed my prescriber over from another office, and setting up an appointment took weeks. Every time I called I was told to fill out intake paperwork and someone would call me with an appointment. I filled it out, waited a couple days then left a message. Then another a couple days later. Finally get a hold of somebody and they tell me I never filled out my intake paperwork. Filled it out again, and same thing with struggling to get a hold of someone. AGAIN someone finally returns my call and for the 3rd time I was told to fill out the intake paperwork. I let them know I've done it twice and just want to schedule an appointment because it's been a while. Everything was fine until my insurance changed (probably because I hadn't had to call them for anything). I reached out because my insurance provider advised this office was out of network. After following Katie (Martha Rumble) from another practice because of how amazing she is, I was willing to pay out of pocket for appointments but needed to know costs. I left multiple messages requesting a call back to go over costs, and hadn't heard anything, but I did receive a text asking for updated insurance info. I sent a picture of my card and once again asked for out of pocket cost for uninsured. Nothing. I reached out to Katie in the portal and she advised someone would call me - which they did, but when I missed the call I got a voicemail telling me to just look at the copay amount on my insurance card for how much the appointment will cost. I once again went into the loop of unreturned messages. I left a message in the new intake box instead of the existing patient, and someone called back telling me once again to look at my insurance costs for cost. I reiterated what I did in multiple messages (that clearly weren't listened to) that my copay is irrelevant because I confirmed with my insurance that they're out of network. She said someone else in the office said they were in network and she would call me back after they run my insurance. That was last week, still haven't heard anything. This office sucks and it also sucks that Katie moved here, because it's impossible to move forward with treatment due to how ill managed the front office is. I'm not going to just re-schedule and appointment and get a random bill - it shouldn't be hard to answer the question "how much does a med appointment cost without insurance". I also got charged $100 missed appointment fee despite trying to reach them over 48 hours before my appointment multiple times and leaving multiple messages. Not answering the phone and then charging missed appointment fees is predatory...Do not recommend this office at all. Hopefully Katie ends up moving to a more inept office in the future.”

“I don't typically leave reviews, but my experience was so poor, I wanted to hopefully save someone a headache in the future. My first appointment was fine, but all follow-up appointments have been so unorganized. I was seeing my provider via telehealth and wasn't provided a link to join, I called several times and couldn't get an answer. I finally got a link and joined at my scheduled time, 30 minutes passed and I called back to see if there was an issue. I finally got a hold of someone who seemed quite annoyed I would ask for an update on my appointment time and said I just needed to wait. 30 more minutes passed, and my provider finally called me because they couldn't find my virtual "room". Once I finally connected with my provider the appointment was fine, but the communication leading up to my appointment was horrible. I hoped my next follow-up appointment would run better, but it was the same deal. In my most recent appointment, I waited for a hour before I was told that my doctor actually wasn’t even there that day. Please save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.”

“My experience with Faraday was concerning insurance. For some reason they told me when I called to ask about insurance etc...they told me they accepted my insurance, which is Bluecare/ Medicaid. I saw them for 5vminths with no issues. When it came time for my most recent appointment they informed that they do NOT accept my insurance and I would have to self pay to be seen. I am not wealthy and could not add to pay that THAT day, they also said I had an outstanding bill of almost 600$,which I do not believe I am responsible for that! They would not see me that day but did call in one of my prescriptions so I would not go into withdrawals. They also told me that they would work with me,so we shall see. Other than that, everyone there was extra friendly, especially the nurse practitioner Martha Rumble. She is gentle, kind and understanding. I have asked for them to call me to discuss what can be done for another appointment! Thank you KB”
