What patients say on Google
“I love NBI!! Everyone there is so nice and always inviting. I feel like I have gained so much help since I have been with them. They honestly feel like family to me.”
“Dr. Kelsie Kroll was an amazing provider for my daughter. She made a great connection with her and was very knowledgeable about treatments and medications. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelsie for your medical needs!”
“I arrived for my appointment at 2:45 PM, and by 3:45 PM I still had not been seen. I asked about the wait time at least twice and was told each time that it “wouldn’t be long.” After waiting over an hour in the lobby, I requested a refund and to reschedule my appointment, as I could no longer wait. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, though she was unable to provide any details. However, the young man behind the counter implied that the wait was not abnormal, stating that I would receive the same courtesy of time during my appointment with the doctor. I found this response inconsiderate and dismissive considering how long I’d already been there. In the future, I would suggest not double-booking or overbooking appointments, or better spacing out patient scheduling. A 15–20 minute wait is understandable in medical care; waiting an hour or more is unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time especially for an office that charges up to $100 for late arrivals/no-shows. Clearly, the value of time is understood. This was my first appointment as a new patient, and unfortunately, it left a poor first impression. This is not the level of compassionate care, respect, or consideration I would expect from a medical office who are seeing people who need help and have booked an appointment months in advance.”
“I know this is a long message but worth the read... I have been a patient for a while at the Hermitage location. My first provider left. I was apprehensive about getting a new one. Turns out Caroline is so sweet and has helped me literally change my life. I needed a medication change because I wasn't sleeping at all. We tried a couple of different meds. She didn't get annoyed when some didn't work and together we found a great one. She never treated me like a lot of providers do in today's world like I am out to get high. She listened to me and even got my husband's feedback. I feel unstoppable, cooking and cleaning every day. My husband and family are speechless at the new me. I am so excited now thinking of my new future. I no longer spend every day in bed wondering is this the way I'm going to spend the rest of my life. They're all just AMAZING!!!”
